Terms and conditions
Last updated: 8 August 2026
These terms and conditions govern access to and use of the Dossier service. By creating an account or generating a report, you accept them.
Scope
These terms govern the provision by LAZO GROUP of the Dossier service, which turns security-scan exports into penetration-test and vulnerability reports.
Service description
Dossier imports scanner exports, correlates and deduplicates findings, scores them (CVSS), maps them to controls as evidence, writes the prose and produces a report in DOCX, PDF and HTML. The service is an aid to producing deliverables and is not a penetration test.
Account and access
Access requires creating an account via an authentication link. You are responsible for keeping your access confidential and for activity carried out from your account.
Price and payment
The service is billed per report or by credit pack, at the prices shown on the Pricing page, excluding tax. Payments are processed by Stripe. Each generated report consumes one credit.
Delivery
The report is generated and made available within minutes of uploading the files. Delivery is deemed complete once the report is available to download in your account.
Right of withdrawal
As the report is digital content supplied immediately at your request, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for any report whose generation has been started, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Authorisation and acceptable use
You warrant that you are authorised to hold and process the scan data you upload and to have the relevant systems tested. You must not use the service to process unlawfully obtained data or to target systems you are not authorised to assess. You indemnify the publisher against any claim arising from a breach of this clause.
Liability and warranties
The service is provided "as is". Generated reports depend on the quality and completeness of the exports provided; no warranty of detection completeness is given. The publisher's liability is, to the extent permitted by law, capped at the amount paid for the report concerned.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
